A Brooklyn baker convicted of a mob hit walked out of prison a free man Friday after an appellate court overturned his 2008 conviction.
It was the second time Mario Fortunato, 63, serving a 15-to-life sentence for helping murder a Luchese crime family loanshark at a Williamsburg social club in 1994, had his case overturned.
