Boston Mafia boss Jerry Angiulo dies

Gennaro “Jerry” Angiulo, who ruled Boston’s Mafia with an iron fist for two decades, died at 4:30 p.m. yesterday at Massachusetts General Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman confirmed.
Angiulo suffered a broken hip and was hospitalized earlier this month while also fighting a losing battle with kidney failure.
